Just a small-town girl, living my dream in a tiny home on the river with the love of my life. I love sunshine, nature, vintage barns and natural remedies. You’ll often find me in dresses and cowgirl boots, chasing the sunshine, foraging for wild edibles, and crafting herbal infusions. My heart belongs to Jesus, and I cherish time spent with my grandkids. I call them precious, and they call me Neena Kay.
Passionate about natural health, I enjoy sharing my knowledge of essential oils and holistic remedies, connecting my community with trusted wellness professionals, and empowering families to become self-sufficient.
I believe in the power of plant medicine and love helping others find hope and healing through natural remedies.
One drop of a digestive essential oil blend changed the course of my life — bringing relief from years of stomach pain within just five minutes of adding it to a glass of water.
My Grandma always wrote, "Love & Prayers" on the greeting cards she gave us, and I think her every time I write "Love & Prayers" on the bottom of each of my herbal remedies.
Our tiny slice of heaven is a 528 square feet home on the river.
I used to say I had a "black" thumb, which is why I loved essential oils—ready to use with no fuss! But last spring, I discovered the joy of growing my own medicine. Now, my home is overflowing with homegrown teas, tinctures, and herbal remedies.
I had the joy of homeschooling my three little ones in their early years - that precious time with my babies are some of my most treasured memories
My hubby & I have 10 grandchildren we adore
I was raised in a holiness church, and natural remedies were our our way of life.
